Bug: Blacklisting something won't blacklist it...at all. At least for me.
I just looked at your blacklist and you have all of your tags on one line. That means that the site is going to blacklist only images that have ALL of those tags.
A really easy way to think about blacklisting is to think of it like how you would perform a search. So if you search for "cub female fox solo", all of the images that you see are what would end up being blacklisted if you added "cub female fox solo" to your blacklist.
help:blacklist This guide should answer pretty much any blacklist question that you have.

Char can do anything. (But can he see why kids love the taste of cinnamon toast crunch?)

1) Char can do anything.
2) seeing why kids love the taste of cinnamon toast crunch ⊂ anything
∴ Char can see why kids love the taste of cinnamon toast crunch

It helps tremendously that we can actually see someone's blacklist when they're complaining about the blacklist not working. :P This is also how we recently discovered the bug that having too many tags in your blacklist will cause your account to become inaccessible.

Man, being able to see all the horrible things that you're not into is wonderful blackmail material.
In other news, my fingers apparently have forgotten that blackmail is a word and will automatically default to 'blacklist'... damn you e621...

Bug: Inoperable new alias page
Expected behavior: Creation of a forum thread.
Actual behavior: 500 error.
Steps to duplicate: Use the form on /tag_alias/new
Bug: The reference on the wiki -> new is borked.
Expected behavior: Should display the same reference as if you wanted to edit a wiki page.
Actual behavior: It displays a inferior version (probably the old, default one)
Steps to duplicate: goto Wiki -> click New
Also, why the hell is the "read more" linking to hobix.com ?
Did you... uhm... borrow their work?

Just noting here that the implication page also doesn't work; does the same thing.
The tag transparent_background reports zero posts after adding it to post #239812.

Wild guess from a long-term user? I think that count is only updated on a periodic basis, possibly daily.
That's what I'm thinking, but I was sure that tag was used quite a bit before. Unless it's been purged?
It appears if you upload an image which gets rejected for being a duplicate (MD5 match), the tags you specified are applied to the original image. But, if the MD5 matches a post which was deleted as a repost, the tags don't carry to the original that it's a repost of.

*whispers* Actually, you had tagged transparent_backround, not transparent_background ... <3

It happens to everyone ;)
ask me about the time I accidentally aliased goat to sheep, lol ;_;
Well that does sound like a baaaa-d thing. *ducks*
The thumbnail stats should have a minimum font size... on post #239916 they're so tiny as to be almost invisible.

I bet there's going to be a herd of puns incoming.
I agree with that, take a look at some of the longer single-image comic ones, too.
Bug:
Wrong colors in tag history.
Expected behavior:
When user adds tag it should be with green plus sign.
When user deletes tag it should be with red minus sign.
When user decision is changed by someone else, there should be black plus or minus sign.
Actual behavior:
It works well for normal tags, but if user changes rating or adds parent post there is always black plus sign, even if nobody changes this afterwards. Minus sign is red as expected though, at least for rating.
Steps to duplicate:
Just change rating of picture, or add parent post, and then look into tag history.
This could just be a browser issue, but when I try to add a note, it ends up in a strange, random place and can't be moved:

This tag implies the following tags: surprise
The following tags are implicated to this tag: surprise
Aha! This is the problem, all surprises surprise surprises
Is there any way to de-implicate?

Not a bug, someone just derped the code
Well yes, but since I can't fix it, this seemed like the appropriate place to mention it.

Did you put each tag on a separate line? Like...
tag1
tag2
this_other_tag
instead of
tag1 tag2 this_other_tag
