Well wouldn't it only say "down" if the link is valid? yaoihaven directs to an actual page so that would mean it's valid, and this it's "up" but still bugged.
And I don't own the site.
Yaoihaven has been up for 3 years and has only really been "down" or one or two days max. The person whining rather A) got banned der, or B) is from a country that bans websites like Yaoihaven.

It's been giving me this:
