Under the MY ACCOUNT tab, click SETTINGS and you will see a big white box labled TAG BLACKLIST that will allow you to enter the tags you want blacklisted. Enter tags, save, done.

Honestly, I don't know why people dislike him, nor do I care to know, but he's mature when no one is dissing him, and mature when people are. There's no reason for anyone to be trolling/disrespecting anyone here, and people that do anyway should be banned in my opinion.

here's the way i see it, if he's allowed to upload half assed commissions, some i won't argue are of a decent talent, even if he knows that it's going to cause drama, how is this different of me uploading an image of something that will cause the same reaction, say, of his character being murderized?

It's not your business or anyone elses to "cause drama" about some art that he's contributing to the site. Trolling is trolling, disrespect is disrespect. Blacklist him and forget about him if you have that serious of an issue with someone you've never met. Though, I'm no admin, so the final say belongs to Mellis or one of the other admins.

I'd assume that type of thing isn't allowed simply because someone uploaded a picture of him being burned by the TF2 pyro earlier, and subsequently had their post deleted and account blocked for 27 years.
Did the addition of text make the picture more heinous than a straight-up guro pic and worthy of a ban?

As far as I'm concerned, he can redeem himself in my eye (for all the two grains of salt it's worth) by never begging for money or asking for another commission again. As long as he isn't doing either, I don't care if he returns. Should he ever beg for money or ask for a commission again; fuck him.
The dude is mentally ill. Bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of commissions, started begging for money, spent THAT money on commissions, and wound up homeless. That's a pretty fucked up "addiction." I hate calling non-chemical shit addictions, but jeeze. Last I saw him, he had absolute no understanding of the situation he put himself in, and why it was his own fault.
EDIT: I know of course mellis and Arc and crew are the ultimate decision makers. I just think that letting him post his commissions on this site (or any site) is enabling him, and probably not a good idea.
As cruel as http://e621.net/post/show/34399/ is, it's the truth of how he's chosen to live his life. He has in the past, chosen repeatedly to favor buying commissions over buying food and paying rent.
EDIT EDIT: I take back what I said about him. Just found some very recent (within the last month) commissions he bought. He's been homeless for over a year, and he's still managing to spend every penny he gets on commissions. There is something very wrong with that.
I'll promise to keep my thoughts about the guy to myself.

I'm just grateful that I have a place now, and that my partner stuck with me the whole time and has continued to remain my greatest advocate. At this rate, we should have enough money saved up next year to jump-start a mortgage on a new home and actually not fuck up this time.

I'd assume no action is taken against Allan because he's simply responding to people that are badmouthing him, but Gazirel has no excuse for their homophobic rantings.
