Well, its got no hard filter for rating:e so feel free to use it just for your own enjoyment. Its especially good for anyone who likes to see posts, but detests comments.
In the future I'll expand this application to be more like a portal for the images of e621. You'll be able to log in, re-tag images, and everything else you could normally do.
Since you can't log in this means that there's no blacklist.

I've been meaning to run this by you, I had a crazy idea of making either a wiki or thread on the rulings of things. Basically a list of short entries on tags, policies and procedures. Right now it's kinda hard to find what was concluded on certain issues and the same ones are being brought up more than once

Yet there's a json and xml web API for performing common tasks on e621...
If people are not supposed to use those mechanisms for developing applications, then shouldn't those APIs simply be taken down?

I think you quoted the wrong person or misunderstood me. I want a list here on the site, either in the forums or the wiki
We have an API for a reason - for people to use it. I have absolutely no problem with anyone using our data for anything, as long as they're sensible with the bandwidth usage and don't claim our content as their own.
If anything, this is an application designed to relieve stress on the server by re-using post-related files client side. I /might/ have over 7GB of the site's content on my computer but that means that at some point, if it hasn't already come, I will save the site 7GB worth of traffic just from my own usage. Internet browsers only cache so much, and even then might still download files redundantly.

The point is, the site is rapidly evolving, plans for the next few months are crazy insane. Char's constantly telling me not to bring peoples hopes up, but ouroboros as a platform is gonna be a lot more then what it is, and I have entire portions of the site gonna be created or rebuilt in the upcoming months, including the post index. when I said I'm breaking it. it wasn't a threat against his application, it was a promise for the future.
