I completly agree with you. It's "one thing" to say something is retarded... (still not nice, but... the base meaning of the word--held back, slow, not as advanced etc--bears relevancy...) but, completly different to pick out a specific instance of ... mental deficiency and harass it like that. I hate it. Just like I hate the more recent 'casual racist, but lol I'm not really racist, I think it's just funny lol' trend.
