We are performing some performance tweaks to the site at the moment, and site speed may be a little spotty. We're making big improvements, and hope to have the site speedy and dependable over the next few days! Thanks for bearing with us while we improve things for everyone!

Some clarification about the previous news post regarding the posting of entire webcomics: Posting standard comics/collections/etc is perfectly fine (assuming it adheres to our Avoid Posting list). What we DON'T want is the entirety of webcomics, such as TwoKinds, Better Days, Original Life, and so on. A particularly good page every now and then is fine, but otherwise we'd very much prefer that you visit the webcomic's site itself.

We just updated e621 with a ton of new features! View the changelog here. There's a user setting to turn off the stats bar under thumbnails if you'd prefer not to see them, too.
