Hmm... the broken wing might symbolize Dash's sexuality i nthe form of rape by the viewer, in this case the fact that she against her will is set up with every thinkable character, so giving her no will of her own. Her legs look like she is kneeling, a sign of submission towards another person or entity, maybe to show the fact that RD is controlled by bronies, choosing her ideals, origins and the likes.
The decay could mean the artists feelings to the show, that the show has been overused and the sheer tidal wave of fan(art)s made the concept of ponies as fresh as a corpse.
And the eyes symbolize the bronies obsession with the franchise, watching and reading everything about it, making them mindless zombies. These fans will be hostile towards every non-brony until finally all have become machines without a will of their own.
