The two heads, from what I've seen, seem to be opposites. Not pure opposites, but in mood. One is outgoing and social, and the other one is shy and reserved.

The male is having sex with the outgoing one, and the shy one is kinda just...unable to get away. Sef is just trying to make an awkward moment.

Imagine if YOU walked in on YOUR sister having sex, and couldn't get away?
