Wow, having some muscles is sexy, but gawd, this guy's way over the line. Seriously, if the striations of each muscle fiber bundle is visible... Yuck.

people who draw these have no idea about muscle structure and anatomy. they think they can ply muscle where ever they want and it will look good. well it doesn't. yes good drawing and shading skills, but physique is so unbelievably wrong.

also the bulge is wrong as he must be on steroids.

If the muscular structure this guy draws is wrong, then there must be something wrong with my body and those of the muscular men in the photos I've seen.
Honestly, from my experience, this guy has done some of the more accurate depictions of muscles, instead of the symmetrical muscles I've seen in the majority of other artwork, although they look more "pronounced" than they should be.

Also, the last part of what you've said could be right or wrong, depending on which you mean. It's only the testicles that shrink from abuse of steroids. The penis is generally unaffected from steroid abuse, although some people(not including the people who believes the whole "anabolic steroids shrinks your cock" story) says that you'd have more random erections because of all that extra testosterone. But the penis can be small if there's any abuse of steroids before it's fully developed.
