That would be a Zaratan one of the oldest and wisest creatures of mythology they swim in the deepest ocean so quakes wouldn't be an issue and they live more than 100,000 years so you would be dead a long time before the Zeratan...the more you know:)

Very interesting. The only problem with that is that "swimmin," this one is not, so quakes would still be an issue

Not only that, but if generations were to stay like it appears to be happening, eventually it would die while people still live there, and thus.. they're screwed.
