Oh man, people who are unable to do basic functions, such as clean themselves, or wipe in certain places, gets me all hot and bothered. The fact that he probably can't bathe himself and probably smells like clam farts after 10 minutes of being sponged down, by some poor soul, turns me on... I tell you what.
