OC means "original character". Orochi is an original character created by Oscar Navarro.

just because it isn't a pony OC doesn't mean it isn't an OC. OC = Original Character, and since (unfortunately) fursonas aren't real that means they are someones OC. If you want to get technical then Pinkie Pie is an OC as-well since she to is a made up character, only difference is that Pinkie is canon and this 0r0 guy is not. THE MORE YOU KNOW~~
