Wasn't the whole point of Sonic endangering his life and fighting Eggman so that he prevents him from Roboticizing everyone? What's to stop Eggman from doing just that now that Sonic doesn't want to fight anymore. The whole "everybody likes me" was just a perk of fighting for the freedom of all sentient beings.

Well yeah but I would like to think that Sonic would eventually come to his...erm her senses and continue to fight despite the transformation, unless said transformation changed his mentality about Eggman as well.

Not much more than usual, how so? I would imagine she'd still be able to run as fast as male Sonic, curl into a ball and spin, unless you think her breasts would be a factor on her speed.
