Elad: Without context, nothing in the entire fandom makes sense, does it? Haha. Futuristic/cyberpunk settings is normally the setting that I put Kaj in, though he is not an android by any means. He's almost completely organic. And the parts that aren't depend ont he setting.

This is because most people are not character designers and lack good visual sense. One of my art teachers once told me that context is EVERYTHING, and I took that to heart.

a well designed character stands out no matter what the setting, and generally you can learn something of their personality at a casual glance.
This doesn't have to be done with bright colors or large symbols (though it can be). It can be in something as simple as their posture, the style of the linework, or an exaggerated detail.

Pretentious isn't a word I would describe, no, though at the same time, I don't mean to sound like I'm being overly defensive. I would agree with you for the most part, especially the part about 8 different kinds of hybrid.

I feel as though I should mention that my character is a wolf, and not a feline of any breed.

As far as character designers, perhaps a little credit should be given. This is a pornographic piece, in which it should be judged as a pornographic piece, and should not be judged in a way that you would judge a piece of Clean, thought-provoking artwork.

I'm still working on my character. Small things, but for the most part, I have the big picture together, now I just need the Minor details, which are often the biggest part of a character, so I'm not quite sure if you're trying to insult my character in one way or another... I'll just pretend that you're not until you become a bit more obvious.

If anything, I would have to say that my character is surprisingly minimalistic in a world where a majority of characters are Kitsune/dragon hybrids with 4 wings, or characters are at least twice the size of King Kong, Or have 7 different kinds of magical powers.

Also, sometimes one shouldn't blame the character, as much as the artist? I'm not saying casparr did a bad job here, but you seem to be saying that there is only something wrong with the character.

I guess I am feeling a bit defensive over my character, but if you're interested in a piece that makes my character a little bit more eye-appealing, rather than just 'someone in a pornographic picture' I'd be more than willing to try to appeal to your more refined tastes.

Or if you would simply just like the context of the character itself, that can be provided too.
