actually, according to the first part of the comic, the redhead and the male fox are married(or possibly siblings as they simply have the same last name), seem to know each other well, and are quite familiar with the room/building in which they are fucking furiously in.

The tiger and the blond fem fox are boyfriend/girlfriend. That is a definite fact as its even stated plainly. Also, considering the comic is called "orange mix" and everyone is orange furred, The mix part would likely relate to the mixing of relationships, AKA, wife swap. While one couple isn't actually married, them dating is close enough.

Id be willing to bet on another note, that this is a trade. The dating couple would not normally be able to get pregnant and have kids, so they arranged something with a fox couple. The tiger gets the guy's wife for a bit of fun, and the fox knocks up the tiger's girlfriend. That would make sense really if both couples were married. Unmarried planned pregnancies are a kinda silly thing to arrange. Doesnt mean it couldnt happen, just seems like not a bright idea to me.
