I get that this is tagged as an Elder Scrolls game, but why Skyrim? Altmer and Khajiit were in every TES game.

Could be the fur colour? I've only really played Skyrim, with a few hours in Arena and Morrowind. Their appearence really does change quite a bit between games, and I don't recall that fur colour outside Skyrim. Not to mention in Arena Khajiit were practically human.

Looks more then a Bosmer then an Altmer, especially considering the size.

If you read all the lore about khajiit, their fur is based upon the terrain they frequent, and i guess the "scale" of how cat-like they are depends on the cycles of the moons. Which is how the khajiit in morrowind were digitigrade, and the ones in oblivion/skyrim were a little more human.
skyrim's books kinda skimmed over each race, and there's alot left unsaid compared to morrowind/oblivion.
