I'm guessing that orb is the power she has built up from guys? then given her sad face, it kills them in the end?

It does kill them in the end, and yes, her orb is powered by the amount of men she has killed, or simply knocked unconscious, and then sucked the energy out of. She hates that after she's spent so much time with Warwick that she is now going to have to kill him.
