Pomf or =3

This is an internet meme that stems from the hentai manga The Light of Tsukimi Manor. In the manga a character is pushed onto a bed and the sound effect of "pomf" is displayed and preceeded by a mushroom cloud-like puff. The meme is generally associated or coupled to a line from the manga: "What are we gonna do on the bed?” The meme applies to surfaces other than a bed and the correct term is generally substituted if the catchphrase is present.

In the case of My Little Pony related images the meme is used as an onomatopoeia to describe the flaring motion of pegasi getting a Wing Boner, which is considered the pony equivalent to a human’s erection.
