Many species, such as horses, sheep, and goats, have a small number of large teats positioned between the hind legs. The "crotchboob" tag applies to images and animations depicting characters with this anatomical structure. 'Crotchboobs' may be a set by themselves or a second, smaller set of breasts on the pelvis just above the genitals in addition to larger, human-like breasts in the usual location.
Other mammalian species have a large number of small teats arrayed along their entire undersides (cats and dogs, for example). multi breast or multi nipple might be better tagging for such characters.
Note:
There's some disagreement about whether cows' udders fall into this category. Because their teats are so uniquely formed, they might not really fit "crotchboob" tag. OTOH, usage on e621 seems to be heading (as of Aug 2011) in the direction of cow udders being a specific kind of crotchboobs too.
