General: disembodied penis
A commonly used visual technique in pornographic images focusing on single characters (in this case, specifically heterosexual females or homosexual males) is to not draw the male(s) they are interacting with, either because their bodies would be blocking the viewer's view of the subject's body, or in order to prevent them from drawing the focus of the picture away from the subject. Thus, only the penises of the men they are involved with are drawn in, lending the picture the odd visual of a person surrounded by floating, disembodied penises.
