Although it's used on e621 to designate all cat-like animal races, the term "Feline" is restricted to the smaller cat races (belonging to the felinae subfamily).
In order to include all cat races, the appropriate term would be "Felid" (belonging to the Felidae family), but "Feline" is kept for simplicity.
