Also known as "rape bech", "rape stand" and "rape rack".
Special equipment sometimes used by dog and horse breeders to restrain agressive or unwilling male in eagle-spread position (fixing its paws and muzzle). When female strapped this way, male could easily penetrate her without being biten or artifcial insemiantion could be done.
