General: infantilism
Infantilism is broken up into two categories:
Diaper fetishism
Diaper fetishism (Diaperism) is a paraphilia that involves wearing and/or using diapers without really needing to and/or the enjoyment they get by urinating/defecating in their diapers. Diaperism fetishes are seperate from pedophilia.
Paraphilic infantilism
Paraphilic infantilism involves a sexual attraction to diapers, being treated as an infant/toddler and sometimes a return to infancy. They enjoy wearing diapers for reasons other than medical necessity. Also characterised by the carrying out of these tasks on a regular basis.
