General: multi nipple
Images or animations depicting a character with more than one nipples on a single breast or in cases of the instance of more than two (2) breasts with a single or multiple nipples. Applicable in the case of male characters under these circumstances as shown below:

Not to be confused with multi breast; which is used when the character's breasts are explicitly visible, but not the nipples.
