General: sounding
Images or animations depicting the insertion of a medical probe known as a "sound" into a character's urethra for the purpose of sexual pleasure.
Sounding images almost universally depict male characters being sounded; this is for the purposes of artwork, as the difference between depicting something entering a female's urethra and just entering her vulva normally is a more subtle visual that not a lot of artists seem to have tried to tackle. By contrast, it's fairly easy to tell when something is going the wrong way up a penis.
It has also been considered a sexual branch of Urinary Catheterization; in urinary catheterization, a plastic tube known as a urinary catheter is inserted into a patient's bladder via their urethra. In this version of it, instead of the plastic tube, it is the penis, and instead of doing such to reach the bladder, it is most commonly for reaching an orgasm. Ow.
