Did some simple Sonic Crackers rom modding. Finally got the unused and unknown pallets. =^-^=

First tried editing save states, but didn't work as different format. Edited copies of the rom directly and it worked wonderfully.

Unknown 1&2 related. Similar colors. 02 could be for color cycling.
