@KahouAoki: I remember Millcore being good at asking permissions from artists to post their stuff, so it's most likely owners of those artworks who have given permission to post their artwork here.
Commissioners do not actually own the artwork legally.

@Mairo: I don't think marjani is one of the artists that I asked. They just had enough here that I assumed they were aware of their work being here and followed them to help bring it here.
