i hate cooking — the stakes are too high: messing up could lead to wasted ingredients, wasted time, extra cleaning, disappointment, or health hazards in the worst case

Normally when I try new things are use stuff I have to get rid of....like I keep trying to make soft cheese with 2% milk becs we get 2 gallons, and sometimes we get thru both but then sometimes we only use half of one...so the day before expiration there is a gallon that we definitely are not going to use. It has worked 2/5 times with decent results and when it does not work it is disappointeding but when it does work it's super rewarding and also I have cheese that will hold for a while
