Never heard back on the thing I sent in about the broken eShop card, so I sent Bergsala an email several days ago which I only heard back on once. Anyway I finally got a replacement-card from the store and it worked. It took well over a week and Nintendo somehow managed to double not be any help in the time it took me to finally remember to bring the card with me to the store.
