The most recent one is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS all electric ranging from $104,000. (And that’s WITHOUT the Bells & Whistles)

Makes sense considering it's basically a cross between a truck and a limo. I don't believe anyone would actually transport cargo with these, mostly just RV conversions and stuff. Even the one I saw was used as a shuttle bus.
