Topic: Calling all robot, android, mecha, etc. experts! (wiki project)

I may need a bit of help to put this together. I'm currently attempting to gather together all of the robo-mecha-droid-type tags for the wiki and I want to get some feedback from someone who knows what they are talking about (i.e., not me).

Specifically I'm seeking:

  • Robo-related tags I'm missing
  • Potentially useful aliases/implications
  • Corrections and stuff

I tried to organize this as best I could, but it may be a bit messy.

What I have so far:
Tags already implicated:
Tags with no (significant) implications
  • android - Humanoid-shaped robots. (440)
  • anthroid - "Anthro androids" - A furry term someone made up but never caught on here. (15) Aliased to android
  • biomechanical - I have no clue. (13)
  • bionic - Implies cybernetics for some reason.
  • cybernetics - Machine parts for living things. (116/63)
  • cyborg - "Part-creature-part-machine" in a similar sense as "part-creature-part-human" meaning anthro. (987)
  • droid - Reminds me of how taur is to centaur...but not really. (11)
  • gynoid - Since andro- refers to "man", this apparently needed to exist for women. (30) Aliased to android
  • living_aircraft - See living_machine. (117)
  • living_machine - Killer lawnmowers and aeromorphs apparently. (87)
  • mecha - Giant battle robots/suits and apparently anything that looks even vaguely Japanese. (182)
  • power_armor - Related. See Iron Man. (89)
  • sexdroid - A droid you can fuck. Not much to say here. (23)
