This was actually quite shocking to see.

So a few days ago, I gave parasprite a heads-up for the user Tuvalu, how he was a frequent tagger, uploader and busy on the forums. How he might deserve some recognition via a positive record.

Then, not much later when I checked the user again, he got banned for a Reaper ban circumvention.

How could this reaper guy have been here as an alt for as long as almost a year? And how can he keep coming back without being spotted easily?
