Post in forum #189471 - Advanced tag discussion: Mutually-exclusive Body Types/Styles (anthro, feral, human, humanoid, taur, 'semi-anthro' etc.)

▼ To summarize:
  • anthro - Closer to anthropomorphism than zoomorphism - 50-75% or more anthropomorphism
  • 'semi-anthro' - Ambiguous cases that don't strongly lean towards anthropomorphism nor zoomorphism - 40-60% anthropomorphism
  • can additionally be tagged as either feral or anthro, depending on how close to one of the 2 body types the character is
  • feral - Closer to zoomorphism than anthropomorphism - 25-50% or less anthropomorphism
    • no longer limited to '100% realistic ferals'
      • no need to change anything about this, since it's currently used for both realistic and less realistic ones anyway
  • realistic_feral_bodytype - post #248379 - 'NO' anthropomorphism - less than 1-5% anthropomorphism*

  • *Human beings sometime unconsciously 'humanise' non-human objects/animals, so I think it's safe to say that having a category for 100% feral art with 0% human traits is a rather tall order. Not even getting into what it'd take to keep that pruned
