the point is that there doesn't seem to be a difference between these two terms. they even have the same definition on e621. unless there is a definition that shows a clear difference between these two terms, one of them should be aliased to the other (which is what i suggest).

EDIT: The tag alias skinsuit -> bodysuit (forum #227469) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.
