Description
Trying to sort out posts with arttags:0 isn't removing posts which have artists tagged to the post, a behavior I've experienced before but thought it one off glitch.

Effected Areas
This is effecting the search engine.

Behavior Expected
The behavior I expect is the aforementioned search method to remove all posts from the results that have artist tags on the posts.

Actual Behavior
Images with artist tags aren't being filtered out of the search.

There are no Error messages to report
