What is the expected behavior?
Posts with a number of tags equal to or within the given number or range should be displayed.

What actual behavior is given instead?
A random number of the most recent posts is returned, independent of tagcount.

Can you reproduce the bug every time?
Right now yes, but error seems to appear randomly.
