Aliasing hua → hua113

Reason:

I recently found that these are both the same artist, however lazy taggers dropped the 113 from the artist's name and have near 40 posts under this name. They should be re-groups and an alias made to prevent lazy taggers from adding the incorrect name.

EDIT: The tag alias hua -> hua113 (forum #269584) has been rejected by @NotMeNotYou.
