Topic: about "cyborg", "android" and "robot"

I was looking through fluff-kevlar's stuff, and I know he has two android girls (yeah, I know it's technically gynoid, but whatever), but one of them was almost always tagged as robot and the other was, at times, cyborg, and at times, android.

Cyborg is definitely wrong, as the tag's definition says. Robot, to my understanding, should be implied by android, as well as be the only tag used when the robot in question doesn't resemble any animal. Which brings me to another question: should android be used for a robot that resembles ferals? What about wholly alien upstanding bipeds? Android kind of implies that the robot in question is a humanoid biped, whereas it's not clear if it should include animal body types and stances.
