Could refer to the lotus_flower, or to one of several different artist or character tags. I also think that lotus_flower should be aliased to lotus_(flower) to fit the format of the other *_(flower) tags.

I also had to use non-standard format to submit this; I was unable to submit an alias suggestion for lotus normally for some reason, despite there being no previously submitted tag suggestions for lotus.
