Aliasing tentacle_dick → penis_tentacles

Reason:

Pretty straight-forward; I noticed that post #1952059 and post #1957869 both had tentacle_dick instead of tentacle_penis. Could be worthwhile to do tentacle_cock, cock_tentacles, and dick_tentacles as well.

While that doesn't exactly solve the issue of some people thinking tentacle_dick or tentacle_penis automatically means a penis that is a tentacle (which is what crotch_tentacles is for), adding this alias would at least fit into the current schema the site is using.

EDIT: The tag alias tentacle_dick -> penis_tentacles (forum #277117) has been approved by @Rainbow_Dash.
