Is there a maximum length a webm movie has to be?

I'm thinking of uploading the full Cats Attacks! movie, which is 16 minutes long.

It also has no audio, and text is in Japanese.

Would this be alright?

Length doesn't actually matter; the file size is going to be your main constraint*.

I believe webm is set to 100 MB now, but I haven't actually confirmed it works yet.

Edit: It's still refusing files above 50MB for whatever reason. I'll let our sysadmin know.

so technically could i upload full extended lotr trilogy as long as the quality and size are shit enough for them to fit into the file size limits?
