E.g.:

I need: An URL of page that displays it.

The filename is the md5 hash. So, you search md5:3d9aa1e49cafbc14ee67bc6058777544.

If you don't want to mess with MD5 hashes, you can also use http://iqdb.harry.lu to search for images that already exist on e621, both on this site, on other sites, and saved locally on your computer. Example URL
