srsly i uploaded 8 zootopia posts and guess what THEY ALL GET DELETED OVER LOW QUALITY because i cant help that my device is old it will crash on high quality pictures i want my posts back

Go to your settings and check your posts/tags options. Within, find "image resize mode" and scroll to "show reduced samples". That is the best for mobile devices. Here is a screenshot with said options.

As for the minimum quality, you can't really do much about that other than contact the admin TheHuskyK9 , the one who deleted the images, and ask why it did not meet the minimum quality standards.

That reminded me to nuke your last thumbnail sized post.
