It's more than just the size, as other users have brought up in your previous forum, the actual pictures themselves wouldn't get approved because of how poorly made they were. If you don't want your pictures getting deleted, you need practice, a LOT of practice.

You're totally allowed to upload stuff if it's good.
If you can't even upload full-sized versions of your own stuff, though, you might as well stop trying. Because even if that gets approved, anybody else can get the higher resolution version, upload it, and flag yours for deletion.

One of the main things about e6 is that it has a fairly high bar for quality, with every piece of art going through an approval process. If your art isn't getting through as is, then you should practice, preferably with pencils and paper, and you should try to find a friend or relative who has a PC and a scanner. Try to avoid uploading to e6 until you think that your art excels the minimum standards.

Stop using your phone. That's a bad idea. Phones are notorious for ruining images.

Try running your images through an editing program, a free one available is GIMP. You can then create digital lines over your old image (Preferably on a new layer) and then color it (Also digitally). Even if you have to take a picture through your phone, make sure it takes larger pictures, then run them through the editing program and clean them up, make them instead of traditional art, digital art. The clean edges/transitions of lines in Digital art are a much higher quality than the smears of traditional.
