Don't really see the point to have a tag just for that. I mean, tags like breasts, horns, paws etc. are aliased to one tag.

Feet, like breasts, generally come in pairs.
breast was aliased to breasts and cum_on_breast was aliased to cum_on_breasts, so it only makes sense cum_on_foot should follow suit in being aliased to the plural form.
