Been looking for pictures for Halloween, And noticed a lot of images that don't fit the category at all but are using that tag have it listed as a COPYRIGHT. A few Halloween images have it listed too as a copyright.. So searching for "Halloween" is a big mess right now.. I wasn't aware Halloween was its own corporate entity now!

Christmas is also a copyright tag

Truth be told, it's probably just being there as a faux category. It does follow a similar theme with itself, not unlike how copyright-tagged images are supposed to be from the copyright and not be a seperately thing entirely.

halloween tag could use some cleaning because contains lots of stuff that doesnt belong to there at all. its often misused on images that have generic horror themes and images of characters in generic cosplay and costumes just because artist said that its the character's halloween costume or that the image was drawn to celebrate halloween.

It's currently the best category for visibility: holiday posts rarely have other copyright tags.
