Most artists rarely do requests, and even then, probably don't draw the same fetish as you. Search on furaffinity though, I may be wrong.

as artist, i can confirm this. nobody wants to work hours for free for some random person. some artists might agree to do free stuff but even then they might not want to do something as specific as this. and often you will get what you pay for meaning that the quality will be bad or it will be just a sloppy sketch because again, who wants to work on extremely specific fetish art like this for hours.

You're not going to get something drawn for free unless an artist is interested in making what you want to see, and asking for them to draw a donut steel along with a very specific set of kinks doesn't help.

And even if somebody was interested, "Anubis with modern clothes and spiral eyes" says very little about what this character of yours actually looks like.
