Topic: 'unimply:' tag prefix, or some other method of making exceptions to implied tags.

Posted under General

Most tag implications work 99% of the time, but 1% of the time, they are not appropriate.

Example (anthro_on_feral -> bestiality):
https://e621.net/post/show/943120/absurd_res-anthro-anthro_on_feral-anus-armpits-aur

Edit: linked to correct post

The above contains anthro_on_feral, but as there's no actual sex occuring, it wouldn't necessarily be classed as bestiality.

I'm sure there's countless other examples of cases where the implied tag is not appropriate for the content, for this reason, being able to make some exceptions would likely be helpful.

You linked to an artist without denoting any specific posts, so I don't know what to do with this information.
However, implications are made when each and every post that has a specific tag also has all the things that tag implies going on as well. This may vary slightly per post, but largely these are all correct. If one instance is not, likely the tag is not applicable altogether, a.k.a. a mistag.

Also, you can wrap up links neat and tidy with DText formatting. Since this involves a specific tag, you can do this in two ways:

  • Curly brackets: {{tojo_the_thief}} -> tojo_the_thief
  • Link text: "Tojo the thief":https://e621.net/post?tags=tojo_the_thief&searchDefault=Search -> Tojo the thief

I don't like the idea of allowing exceptions to implications. Implications are supposed to be airtight. I'm worried that if there's a way to subvert that, it will be used as an excuse to make sloppy implications.

My mistake about the post, must have had the wrong thing in the clipboard

Your updated link seems unambiguous per both the definitions -- anthro_on_feral and bestiality both refer to 'sexual activity', not 'sex'. One character is being inserted in the other's pussy, and their expressions make it quite clear it is a sexual thing.
