Id seen this here before but i cant seem to find it anymore. Reverse image searches didnt turn up anything and neither did searching with the appropriate tags. Granted im pretty shit with the tags so i was hoping someone could help me out?

Reverse searching e621 with harry.lu gives me nothing, so I'm not sure it's on here anymore. I found it with saucenao though!
