Anyone that know of any furry comics that is more mature but isn't just mindless sex?
A comic that has a plot and story as well as character development is still more explicit.
Better Days come to mind.

I'll begin a list with http://www.sabrina-online.com/archive.html (explicit is a relative term in this, it is definitely not safe for public but it isn't sex sex sex...) and provide a related thread about this.

DreamKeepers is an independently produced graphic novel saga that is mature but not sexually explicit. Page 6 of the series features a live sacrifice for example. There's also Prelude, a more lighthearted weekly comic set before the main series.
Lackadaisy features some of the best art in furry comics. It follows the cats running a Prohibition-era speakeasy. The characters are zany and the dialog is witty.
Beyond the Western Deep has good art and an interesting plot. It's a character-driven politics comic.
Twokinds has great art now, though the beginning is pretty rough. It's also about politics, but it's based on romance. It has the most results on e621, a true honor.

Too lazy to give a real answer but those might help.
I like pool #5728 but it's a bit of a stretch.

DMFA. Fanservicy outfits, a few scenes censured by the scenery, yet no sex scenes, the thing about succubi is a stereotype specific to one clan, they handle having an Asexual character pretty well, and the same can be said for a character who may or may not be bi.
Though I mean mature in the more literal sense. It's not pornographic, and it's nothing that would need to be hidden from minors, but I think 13 would be a good age.
